/KASE, December 4, 2024/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of ForteBank JSC (KASE ticker– ASBN) dated November 29, 2024, R. I. Irmatov was appointed the acting Chairman of the bank's Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of ForteBank JSC consists of six people.
