/KASE, December 4, 2024/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Bayan Sulu JSC (KASE ticker – BSUL) dated November 29, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: S. Artemenko;
• elected: M. Jaikbaeva.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Bayan Sulu JSC consists of five people.
